How Does it Work?
As your emcee our objective is to make sure your event runs as smooth as possible. The event planner will not have to be visible on stage or on screen (unless they want to). We help ease some of the stress that comes along with managing an event by handling transitions, introductions, and changes with ease.
Prior to the Event We Will:
- Meet to understand the total event (purpose, tone, objectives and attendees)
- Review scripts
- Ensure proper pronunciations of names and words
- Practice, practice, practice
On the Day of the Event We Will:
- Dress for the occasion
- Show up early for sound and video check
- Take notes from speakers and breakout session to use if opportunity presents itself
- Maintain constant contact throughout the program
